Layers Bakeshop

Layers is a bakeshop chain with a branch on the ground floor of Prisma Mall, on GT Road. It runs as a counter rather than a sit-down cafe, with a long glass display of cakes, slices and pastries along one wall.

The cakes are the main reason to stop and the brownies are worth getting as well. The counter also carries cookies, cupcakes and sundaes, so a mixed box is easy to put together.

Orders are takeaway or delivery. It shares Prisma Mall with a couple of the other places listed here, so it fits as the dessert stop at the end of a meal rather than a trip of its own.
